  • Remembrance Poppies 2021

We are proud yet again to be working in partnership with LCC, adorning Lincolnshire roundabouts with vibrant red poppies ahead of the 2021 Remembrance Day.

Councillor Richard Davies, executive member for highways, said: “After the incredibly positive feedback we received last year from locals and visitors alike, we’ve decided to show our support by painting poppies on some of our major junctions again this year”.

  • Considerate Constructors Visit

Today we had the pleasure of having a Considerate Constructors site visit with the lovely Tom. He came out to conduct an audit on our site in Welbourn.

We had beautiful weather and it was lovely to have a catch up with him again.

Zoë even made a brief stint out of the office to ensure the visit went smoothly. With her folders in hand, it proves you can take the girl out of the office but not the office out of the girl!

  • A Trip Down Memory Lane: Low Street, Collingham

We were contacted by a previous client recently with some photos of a job that was completed around approximately 1981/1982 in Low Street, Collingham.

John Coen and team were felling trees, next to All Saint’s Church Collingham,  that were infected with Dutch Elm Disease. During the removal process, John found that the trees were rotten the entire way through. The work took a day to complete.

These incredible photos will take you down memory lane and show how far C F Construction (Collingham) Ltd has come as a business over the past 40 years. We are proud to say that our hardworking and quality work ethos has not changed.
