We have been involved in projects throughout the country in a variety of fields, ranging from 70,000 ltr rain water recycling systems (plus de watering), ground and air source heating technology and Gantry crane installations, cycle paths for Sustrans, chemical treatment tanks, drainage, sewers, roads and resurfacing. Plus manufacture of a fully automated concrete pile production unit, the first of its kind in the country.

John and Pam Coen set up Collingham Fencing providing fence manufacturing and local installation services.

Collingham Fencing expands it service offer to industrial and quarry fencing and minor civil work. The business rebrands as CF Construction

The business has steadily grown and now specialises in the construction of poultry units countrywide

John and Pam’s son Chris assumes a directorship role dedicated to building civil. Coen property management is also established

The business moves premises to enable and support growth ambitions. CF Construction commence contracted highway works on behalf of Tarmac and builds a surfacing arm to the business. 2 years later, the business expands it service portfolio further by launching what became very successful bespoke skate park construction.

CF Construction commences highway maintenance across Lincolnshire with Balfour Beatty and despite the impact of Covid 19 pandemic, the business continues to grow. Work on a large industrial unit project in Newark begins.

CF Surfacing is launched as a dedicated residential an commercial surfacing business arm. The business also unveils a fresh new look and logo as part of a rebranding journey.
